Yes, these terms apply to every account opened or accessed from supported regions of Pakistan. If you are uncertain whether your region is covered, the eligibility section of the terms lists the areas where access is currently available.
You may close your account before the new terms take effect. Any balance in your account at that point will be processed for withdrawal through your registered payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast — within the timeframes stated in the withdrawal section.
If a JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction is debited but not credited to your account, raise a dispute through live chat with the transaction reference number. We investigate and respond in writing within 48 hours under the dispute resolution clause.
We may suspend an account if there is evidence of a terms breach, pending investigation. You will be notified by email within 24 hours of any suspension. The terms set out a formal review process you can initiate if you believe a suspension was applied in error.
